Do you want to know if you can afford to buy a home with a pool in Atenas? You really don’t need a lot more money to buy a home with a pool in Atenas than one without a pool, did you know?
Before I started this article, I was researching online about why people want to buy a home with a pool. I don’t have a pool myself, but we sell a lot of homes with a pool, especially in Atenas. I have never wanted a pool, but my wife does.
She might stop wanting a pool as soon as she reads this article that interprets dreams. I had a good laugh out of this article. It explains all the dreams you might have about outdoor pools, indoor pools, inflatable pools, and your neighbor’s pool.
The pools built-in Atenas are all outdoor pools. The article explains that an outdoor swimming pool in a dream suggests that you will be lucky in love. Don’t you think that’s a huge reason for you to buy a home with a pool in Atenas?
All craziness aside, if you are in the market to buy a home in Costa Rica, and visiting Atenas is on your bucket list, you should follow your gut feeling. Having a pool is having a lifestyle.
Maybe you are dreaming of owning a home with a pool, but maybe your spouse really doesn’t. Then you’re in serious trouble and a tour of homes with Marian will help to make a decision. To buy a home with a pool in Atenas could be way out of your budget, it’s time to find out. Still, having sexy thoughts of owning a home with a pool in Costa Rica? Then read on.
How much
It’s easy to figure out how much it costs to buy a home with a pool in Atenas. The cheapest home in inventory right now, with a pool, is offered at $262,000. This can change anytime, as soon as it sells. Just go to our Atenas homes for sale inventory and see for yourself.
The weather
Atenas has the world’s best weather to buy a home with a pool. The average temperature in Atenas is like 87ºF, so you’ll love to cool off in your own pool. That’s an important reason why so many homes in Atenas have a pool, almost as good as the dream that suggests you will be lucky in love.
Too expensive?
Now, maybe you do want to buy a home with a pool in Atenas, but you cannot afford it? It’s usually not even a matter of having to buy an expensive house to be able to have a pool. You can buy a cheap house that has enough land, so you can build a pool. Have another look at our inventory now.
Build a pool
If you decide to buy a house in Atenas without a pool, you might decide you want a pool in a few years. If you have a backyard that is large enough, you can build a pool. A nice in-ground pool, with deck, pumps, filter, and everything, will cost you around $30,000 depending on how large and deep you want it to be.
Custom
Doesn’t anything in inventory satisfy your requirements? At GoDutch, we offer some amazing building lots in gated communities and single-family home sites for sale. There are great architects in Costa Rica who will walk you through the steps of building a custom house with a pool.
On a budget
Are you on a really low budget? Then you can also buy a fiberglass pool, which is much cheaper but not so fancy. I have never seen any large above-ground pools in Costa Rica but you can buy a Steel Pro Frame Pool Set for around $150 on Amazon.
Size
You only need a backyard of 150 m2 (1,650 ft2) to be able to fit a decent-sized pool. Of course, that won’t be enough to fit an Olympic size pool and a lap pool will be a tight fit. If you decide on a condo with a tiny backyard, you can always fit an inflatable pool or a Jacuzzi.
Now that you’ve finished this article, you probably know if you prefer a house with a pool or being lucky in love. Is it the first one? Then contact Marian. If it’s the second one, we hope you’re lucky enough to meet the right one. Read this article before you try.
