Estimated Reading Time: 3 Minutes
Did you read Ned Nossaman’s Costa Rica poem last year? The title of this Costa Rica poem was Costa Rica ~ Pura Vida! in which Ned shared his feelings for Costa Rica with us.
Is moving to Costa Rica a consideration for you?
Ned wrote another Costa Rica poem, with some smart guidelines. This time with a note: Ivo, here’s an imaginary “part b’” to the earlier poem, which will never be published, nor see the light of day.
I still decided to publish this poem. It was written before the US elections.
Thank you, Ned, I appreciate your poems, and thank you for allowing me to publish them.
Costa Rica ~ a consideration?
In a volcano’s shadow, you could catch some thermal waters.
Meet a Tico caballero, he may have some stunning daughters.
And if, by chance, it happens you might choose to marry one,
the law, it states, you’ll qualify, a resident become.
Say you’re a ‘doomsday prepper’ and the writing’s on the wall?
If you can’t select a president…~ Does Costa Rica’s call?
So if you’d consider moving, Costa Rica’s on your mind,
it might be indeed behooving, if you’d leave the stress behind.
If tired of the same old thing, wait till the grid goes down.
You’ll find ‘It’s each man for himself’, and friends can scarce be found.
But, if you would avert it, and you’d leave before the strife,
consider Costa Rica for a calm and peaceful life.
PS. If you’re not sure what you’re doing, and find all this quite daunting,
just consult with Ivo Henfling ~ he can lead to what you’re wanting.
For he has been around the block; around, and back again,
he knows this country deeply, and we’re proud to call him friend!
If you’re looking for some answers, something real-estate-related,
some questions you have borne awhile, considered or debated,
whether it’s something simple that you think you think you know,
or something complicated ~ when you don’t know where to go…
May we proudly suggest something? In the midst of all your struggling,
why not talk with Ivo Henfling ? He’s relaxed and seasoned, knowledgeable and kind.
He may know your need ‘fore you do, but he’ll calmly listen to you,
and he’ll have your own best interests on his mind.
Your friend,
~ Ned Nossaman
